~the fine print~
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY
*Please be advised: We are happily coming into your home to clean. However, having to straighten and pickup items before the cleaning process begins WILL require more time and additional fees WILL BE CHARGED starting at $65 an hour (minimum 1 hour charged). Please have all excess toys, clothes, shoes, and knick-knacks picked up and put away to avoid additional charges.
*The above statement also applies to dirty dishes left in sinks and throughout the home.
*We cannot move furniture, but will try to reach any visible places by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step stepstool.
*Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling that we cannot reach by hand. We do offer chandelier cleaning as an add-on to our window cleaning service.
*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind dusting. Excessive build up may require physical cleaning or replacement. Due to varying conditions of mini-blinds we DO NOT offer mini-blind cleaning services.
*While we do love pets, we REQUIRE ALL PETS to be crated, or placed in a room that is not being cleaned, FOR THE DURATION of your cleaning. This is for the safety of your pets and the cleaners. This also allows your cleaners to work more efficiently to complete the tasks in your home.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*Discounts given for recurring customers are based on the home being cleaned on schedule (i.e. weekly monthly, etc.). Cancelled/rescheduled appointment times will be charged at the regular rate if not rescheduled within 1 week from cancellation date.
* Compass Clean 360, LLC. requires ALL customers to keep an active debit card on file.
* If, for any reason, you (the customer) will not be present at the time of arrival/ or for duration of cleaning PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE THE START OF SERVICES. If you (the customer) have to leave at any time during the cleaning, PAYMENT WILL BE DUE AT THAT TIME.
*CLEANING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE HOME OR ARE TURNED AWAY AT THE TIME OF CLEANING, THERE IS A $65 SERVICE FEE. A $65 hold will be placed on the card on file 24 hours before scheduled appointment. This fee will be credited to your total due.
